In the event there was an error on our part we will provide an exchange and cover the cost of the return shipping. As each product is inspected and photographed before shipping we will need you to provide photo proof of the damaged or wrong product received before accepting exchange.

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Caseys Crowns and we will always do everything we can to resolve any issues 

Any items shipped back without an accepted exchange will not be refunded or exchanged
